Numbers and site conditions
- Indicatively from around 50 staff a day; from 100 a day it almost always works.
- Multiple shifts or an evening and night crew strengthen the business case.

- Reachable by van, with trolley access right up to the unit.

Costs and commercial model
- You do not buy or rent the unit: we install and operate it.
- In practice installation is almost always free of charge. Only if a location structurally stays below the agreed minimum revenue do we charge a top-up fee; this is rare, because we select carefully upfront and monitor it together during the pilot.
- No upfront investment, no staffing costs and no stock risk.
- Users pay at the machine. If you want to co-fund or subsidise part of the price, that is possible.

Space, power and installation
- About one metre wide, two metres high and half a metre deep, plus room to open the door.
- An earthed 230V socket within reach, preferably on its own circuit.
- Placed indoors, away from forklift routes and on a level floor.
- Connectivity over mobile data, so no link to your IT systems.

Range and payment
- Substantial chilled meals and dishes that suit physical work.
- Breakfast for the early shift, filling options through the night.
- Debit card, contactless, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Staff passes or budget schemes can be discussed.

Restocking, maintenance and breakdowns
- Restocking at fixed moments, timed around shift changes.
- Live stock monitoring, so the night shift never finds an empty slot.
- Cleaning, hygiene checks and preventive maintenance are included.
- Faults are detected remotely and handled with priority.

- We respond to every request within 24 hours.
- We schedule a short site visit and look at the spot together.
- You receive a concrete proposal covering range, placement and terms.
- Once agreed we install the unit and take care of the rest.
